Lip Balms

Our lip balms are made from the natural beeswax that comes from our bees along with other natural and organic ingredients from vendors in the USA that are sourced globally. They currently come in 8 flavors. (see below)

Where does the wax come from?

The wax used to produce our lip balms come from our honey supers. Why is this important? No chemicals will be present in the wax that is collected from the honey frames in the supers since no synthetic chemicals, used to treat the varroa mites in the hive, can be used while honey supers are on the hives. (Note: no synthetic chemical treatments are use in my operation.) I feel like this makes the wax safer for use. During the honey extraction process we remove the cappings from the honey frames, collect that wax and later put it through a 3 step filtering process to remove all impurities from the wax. What is left is clean cosmetic grade beeswax.  

Additional organic ingredients are added to the beeswax to complete the formulation of the product and then it is placed in a BPA-free container.
