Granulation:
Because this honey is 100% natural, raw, and unfiltered, it may naturally crystallize, including within the honeycomb. Crystallization is a normal process that does not affect the quality, safety, or flavor of the honey. To return crystallized honey to a smoother state, warm the jar gently on it's side in a bowl of warm water (approx. 95-100 degrees)—avoid excessive heat to preserve its natural enzymes and nutrients. Repeat this process as necessary until honey is back to a liquid state. Do not place in a microwave oven to reliquefy as this will kill all the natural healthy enzymes and melt the wax.
